Welcome to Salvador da Bahia

We spent the day with Fernando (our guide) and visited a market, ate lunch in a commune, and visited the historical center. It was really great to have him with us as he shared his knowledge regarding the black history of Salvador, and his own experience growing here. Would definitely recommend and would love to do another tour with him to learn even more about other angles of this beautiful city. Thanks a lot

I am a travel advisor looking to bring more clients to Brazil, so I reached out to Carina to help plan my scouting trip. She was very responsive and easy to work with. She quickly drafted an itinerary that covered Rio's main highlights, as well as arranged hotel tours at my request. There was a small snafu during check-in, but she quickly rectified it. Our tour guide, Ana Maria, was lively, personable and knowledgeable. I had a wonderful time exploring the city; the highlights were Christ the Redeemer and the Carnaval Experience. I had the pleasure of having dinner with Carina in Salvador and she was friendly and chock-full of recommendations for things to do and see in Brazil. I had a smooth travel experience overall and would highly recommend Afrotrip!
